I put some effort into this, used things Ive learn from the past years, a few different styles, and lifts that work best for me.
Hopefully im not breakin any rules, read the sticky.
Anyways, for you seasoned guys- let me know what you think. Things I should change, look at, mistakes ect~
A Little about me-
Just starting another cycle consisting of Test/Dbol/Tren after this weekend.
I dropped from 172 to 149 for the PL meet this weekend so I can try to set a record for my state in this lower weight class. I'm 5'9. Lifting for 5 years.
