My Nomination for the Biggest Jerks in the Gym

Both men and women who wear perfume/cologne to a gym ... about the only thing that bugs me. Its not rude, its fucked up.

What bothers me the most, are pricks who ask how many sets you have left, in the middle of a damn set!! One asked that during a set of declines! Some guys just look mean all the time... I get that a lot, but I'm not really mean, I just have a lot on my mind and my mind is usually somewhere else and into my workout... I go in late and only train for about 45 minutes when I can... I bet if you talk to him, he's probably a nice guy...

this is up there, or the guy that CLEARLY sees you just got to the station/machine & banged out your first set, then immediately asks you how many you have left.

another one that's been happening to me often is someone will come up to me and ask me if someone's using the station next to me. i'm not worried about that shit. got my earbuds, bro.

Anyone that monopolizes a rack or bench for a lengthy period of time. My gym is always crowded and there is only two squat racks. People tend to think it's acceptable to do 20 minutes of shoulder press followed by 20 minutes of upright rows followed by another 20 minutes of curls. Get in get your work done and move on. Also crossfit individuals that capitalize 4 pieces of equipment at once.

A guy joined my gym a few months ago and he wears obscene amounts of that patchouli shit, makes me gag every he gets within fifteen feet of me.

-Those guys that come in with the web toed shoes on and start doing burpees and body weight exercises and all over the fucking gym like monkeys.

- People that try to start a conversation during my workout.

- People that use more than one set of dumbells or machine at a time.

Im glad your kid is perfect. Wouldn't ever insinuate that you beat him. But kids are kids. Given the time and the peers...... it is what it is. I guess you were an angel too..... I know I wasn't. Beating kids is fucked up.
