hey guys been traning hard this week my sholder is just killin me . i was thinking about taking like a 100mg of deca a week if that help . i am on sus and eq so i need some help if thats good or not.
Yeah, if your shoulder has been killing you, your body is trying to tell you something. If its good pain(soreness) you are okay, but if it is joint pain, you should rest it more. Dont use deca thinking it is going to relieve pain/reduce pain. It's not a pain reliever.
ice it for a while n take an anti inflammatory for a day or two( dont train ur shoulders either) and see if it subsides

My pain just started every so slowly. It wasn't like I was doing a rep and said shit i hurt my shoulder.
Doc said Bursitis or some nerve thing...............been on Zipsor, had a shot of cortisone, and ibuprofen didn't do much. I corned him again bc he is a friend of mine and he gave me some Methlypresidone. I also ice it alot at night time. This has helped but the inflamation that was in my shoulder has moved down to my wrist and fingers. Crazy.
Monster, how long after your shoulder pain began did your hand swell up? Are your fingers sluggish? Is your pain in your neck, shoulder, and are you loosing control of your scapula? The swollen hand is a classic sign of a brachial plexus injury. I am dealing with this right now, worst pain of my life, it's a nerve injury that can be diagnosed with an emg.
i would like to add glucosamine chronjointent with msm (not spelled correct) 1500mgs a day at least 30 days. and some shoulder stretches. (no weights)ice it for a while n take an anti inflammatory for a day or two( dont train ur shoulders either) and see if it subsides

Are you guys doing flat bench presses and overhead shoulder presses? Do you know what is causing the pain or is it just from being sore?

Two weeks ago i was smith inclining (full ROM) 315 for 10 or 12. I noticed that the left arm was getting weaker but no biggie it didnt hurt. That was on a Thursday. By Monday it was fucking killing me in my shoulder. There was no tear or pop or immediate "ugh.....fuck" it just went to throbbing on the third day of not working out upper body. The Hand has never swelled but after week of the initial shoulder pain it did start hurting. Then my forearm would hurt. Then my wrist. If i spread my fingers out real far it hurts every other time i do it. I thought it was bc of the presidone.
I went to the gym tonight. . I can barely do 30 LBs on a seated stack weight bench press with my left arm. Fuck two weeks ago it was a 180. It feels weak when i press. It is such a bummer.
I have weird spasms in the rear of my delt, the left side of my left pec. and some where else i cant seem to remember. (i am low carbed and ECA'd).
No neck pain, but if by scapula you mean the top of the shoulder yes it has twitched. I have some pain in the tricep. No bruising. For days b4 it went in my wrist and hands it was all in the middle of the inside of my arm.

well i am luck its not bad as yours but i am gona try that ice and see if it help
