need help please...gyno

I am currently running 750mg test and 600mg of EQ...gyno (old case) began to rear its ugly head. I was taking .25 arimidex when it started in both nipples so i ordered some letro ASAP. The right side cleared in 2 days but the left still has a painful lump behind the nipple after 3 wks.

Before i go see the doc...does anyone have any other suggestions. It was suggested to me to get some tamoxofen to run along with it to decrease the likelihood in which an estrogen will come in contact with an ER in my breast tissue through two pathways, killing breast tissue in no time.

Ive also been told that aromasin might be beneficial since it works differently than letro.

If you have any adive or opinions it would be greatly appreciated.

Start Nolvadex at 30mg/day right away. AIs lowers estro levels but it won't decrease a lump that is already formed. Toremifene may work also but I don't have experience with it. Continue the Nolvadex until the lump is gone and for another 7-10 days after. If you are close to PCT then contiue the Novla through the PCT as normal. Also use the search for all the threads on Gyno and AI/SERM use for PCT. Good Luck.

One more thing. Don't ever start any cycle until you have all the PCT in hand. For me that means never start a cycle without plenty of Novladex in hand for PCT or to start immediately if GYNO starts. If you have to search for the stuff or order it thats a lot of time for tissue to form.

I agree with marooned....for me personally, and a couple of my friends, Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) was the ONLY thing that got rid of the lumps. But I would up the dosage for the first few days. I acutally did 80mg/day for about 3 days.....then once the lumps were about gone, I went down to 20mg/day for the remainder of my cycle and PCT.

They say the lumps will never go away completely, but for me personally again, they cannot be seen or felt, so for all intents and purposes, they are gone!

why don't you switch letro to Noval??? Noval is cheaper, and it does a better job when dealing with gyno

apparently you didnt read the thread.

Are you near PCT with your cycle or just starting? I would continue using the Letro and taper when you do go off of it. Make sure you continue the Novladex for a few weeks after tapering the Letro. It is strong enough that you will get an estro rebound and without the Nolva your Gyno will come back. How much Letro are you using?
