Need help with my shoulder

I tore My right Shoulder a few times. Never even thought of going to a Doctor.
Rehab was 3 yrs of light shoulder Extensions, 2-3 times a week with 20 lbs..
Finally back to overhead pressing and 50lb extensions again!

Point is, find a exercise that does not hurt and let time and blood flow heal it!

Treading Water worked well also...

The weird thing is no exercises really hurt. Whenever it happened I wasn't able to finish the rep but since there was no pain I went back and redid my whole set and hit military dumbbell press afterwards.

I think if it was a tear I'd have known right there on the spot. But for it to randomly give out like that seems like something funny is going on.

I actually tread water before working out and use a lacross ball and ice after.

Update: I went to the specialist yesterday and he said everything looks fine on the xray. He suggested doing some lightweight shoulder movements before hitting any type of pressing movements. So I guess I'm good to go. He didn't really have an explanation as to why it poped like it did.

Aloha,

Well, I have been reading about various peptides for years, the various benefits, etc. Never have used them before.

At 64 and 4 surgeries, 3 hips, and lumbar stenosis, coupled with various other joint, tendon, ligament, issues, etc, I just pulled the trigger on PeptideTech's BP500 and BPC-157. I'll run them together with some HGH. The stuff sounds very promising!

Keeping my fingers crossed, as I have tried so many different compounds, herbs, therapies, foods, supplements, etc, etc.

Big shout out to JJ1 for his advice and help!
