need nolva recommendations for pct...first cycle

i am about to start my first cycle of 400 mg test e a week for 10 weeks. I need to know what dosages to take of nolva...when? how many times a week? how many mg....ect...also...should i take tablet or dropper or does it matter?
by the way..this is for pct...

hey bro it doesn't matter if its liquid or pills as long as its dosed properly. there is a search button on the top of the board, do a search for nolvadex and you will find a wealth of information on post cycle therapy and dosage's.

my first cycle was 420mg per wk for 10 wks and I just took 20mg a day for 30 days along with a natty t booster (you know, the herbal supps). That seems to have worked for me.
