ok so here is the deal.. i was given a diet training etc and the diet and cardio seem VERY excessive. maybe im just freaking out because of all the cardio and the not so very much food so i wanted to run it by you guys

the cycle is
40mg MWF prop
200mg EW eq
1mg EOD adex
20mg ED nolva
clen 2 weeks on 3 weeks off
eca ED
25mcg t3 ed

6 weeks out i drop the injectibles and do 25mg EOD winny

im ok with that cycle i think it will be great

here is the diet.. this is until 4 weeks out.. i havent gotten the 4week-stage diet yet.. im scared lol

Meal 1 (7am)
8 egg whites
Cal 240 Protein 48g Carbs 8g Sodium 920mg

Meal 2 (10am)
1.5 scoops True Protein
Cal 165 Protein 40.5g Sodium 112mg

Meal 3 (12:30pm)
1 chicken breast- steamed
Cal 140 Protein 32g Fat .5g
1 cup broccoli- steamed
Cal 19.9 Protein 2.1g Carbs 3.7g Fiber 1g

Meal 4 (3pm)
1 can solid white albacore tuna in water
Cal 210 Protein 45g Fat3g Sodium 750mg
2cups romaine lettuce
Cal 16 Protein 1.2g Carbs 3g Fiber 2g Sodium 7.6
4tbs Fat Free Kraft Italian dressing
Cal 40 Carbs 8g Sodium 860.0mg

Meal 5 (5:30pm) PRE work out
1 chicken breast- steamed
Cal 140 Protein 32g Fat .5g
2/3cup Green beans- steamed
Cal 30 Protein 1g Carbs 5g Fiber 2g

Meal 6 (8-9pm) PWO
1.5 scoops True Protein
Cal 165 Protein 40.5g Sodium 112mg

Total Calories- 1165.9
Total Protein- 242.3g
Total Fat- 6.4g
Total NON fiberous Carbs- 23.7g

cardio 7 days a week am fasted starting at 30 minutes.. adding 5 min per week until i hit 1 hr

lifting 6 days a week 45-1hr 15-30sets
cardio pm after weights starting at 30 min adding 5 min per week until i hit 1 hr..

i feel the muscle falling off just typing that.. what do you guys think?

Im doing body building.. looking like middle weight i am 142.5lbs at 5'7 as of this morning

what doesnt look right to you?

my girlfriend does figure and eats more calories than you will be for the next 16 weeks. are you wanting to just shed fat like crazy? if so i would think you would loose muscle with it.

Not trying to be a wise ass, but with all that gear for a women I don't see you loosing any muscle. Looks like a pretty common pre-contest diet/routine at 8 weeks out.

Program looks almost identical to the one my buddy uses and he is a natty men's middleweight and doesn't loose any muscle.

yes the diet is the issue i think.. it seems awefully strict especially this far out.. i cannot lose muscle i need to GROW into the show if anything im worried that the cals this low with all that activity on top of it is begging for trouble..

this is 16 weeks out though... i could see being like this 8 weeks out but this is a LONG diet with low cals and tons of cardio.. i havent even seen the 4 week out diet yet.. i am hoping not to lose muscle.. if anything i am hoping to put alittle more on which with the cycle should be possible
 
3 of 4 months you are only getting 1100 cals per day when doing all that cardio / training? I am no expert and really have no clue when it comes to women's prep., but that sounds a bit extreme to me (being 16 weeks out)! If it were me I would start the diet and watch your BF VS. strength because you are definitely going to lean out! If your BF% #'s start getting close to contest type numbers fast I would say it would make sense to make a change because it sounds like whoever set this up for you has other plans for the last 4 weeks.

Just start it.....see how it goes. If you have someone that knows what they are doing helping you they should be able to adjust accordingly.

Just my 0.02$.

yes you are talking about lifting weights for 1 hr and then working up to an hour of cardio after that? jeez.....you are going to need to eat imo.

by the way no offense, but you could seriously do some damage in figure! and then work your way into BB.

maybe i should slowly work into this diet... im pretty lean right now.. i have a vein that starts on my inner quad goes over my hip bone and onto my abs already sticking out.. i dunno.. i started this today and im exhausted beyond words.. and my diet wasnt THAT much off this before.. i was bulking on 1500ish cals with 230g protein 20g fat 75g carbs

TWO hours of cardio a day lol dont forget the am fasted cardio...

im too big already for figure i put on a solid 10lbs of muscle my last bulk.. those pics i posted 22 weeks out.. im alittle leaner but fuller then those pics right now..

If thats the case maybe the diet is in line for you. Maybe starting it at @ 12 or 10 weeks makes more sense............

im thinking maybe i shouldnt drop all my carbs yet.. the only real difference is 1/4 cup oats in the morning and 3 unsalted rice cakes before the gym.. i might hang on to those til 10 weeks out.. i am SO tired right now.. my brain is racing from the eca but i feel like i need a nap it sucks..
 
You are either going to have to add carbs or fat because there isn't much there.
 
that was kind of why i posted actually.. im fairly sure the body needs one or the other to function lol i dont need lots of carbs but apparently i need some because im ready to pass out right now lol saturday is a very heavy day at the gym for me.. this week in particular since every 6 weeks i do one week of 10x5s... that sucked all my energy out seriously
