#3 Boise State vs #10 Virginia Tech in Washington, DC

I know there are a lot of fair-weather fans, and BSU haters out there. I am native to Boise and BSU Alumni. It amazes me how the program has evolved over the last 30 years.
I am going with BSU on Monday night ….

im a big Pac-10 fan even though i played in the Big Sky (old Boise State and Nevada-Reno conference ) and i hope OSU pulls this one out.

im sorry but i think TCU and BSU are deserving of a 10-20 ranking not a top 10

it would be very good for boise in the bcs picture if they can pull off a win @ VT. but that is a tough opener and tough to do in there house.

Great game Boise State pulls off the win in DC.

Big VT fan - went there for a few years. Very close game, the hokies screwed up big in the beginning of the game (o line OMG block and penalties) but Boise had their screw ups too. Beamer messed up in the last 3 minutes - he should of ran the ball to the side w/ Tyrod and Williams and stayed in bounds. But no he kept throwing it. I love Beamer and what he has done with tech, but that game was techs if he would of ran, especially with their running game being so good.

But even if tech won - would I think they would be better than Boise haha no, no one really BEAT anyone on that field. It was a good game. This will be a real good year for tech as I'm sure for boise. Sad that tech lost the first game of the season again - this might be their best squad since '99 national title game.
