Haven't you been reading the articles in on the web and in newspapers lately? There have been quite a few guys who have been taken down by the dea for distributing raw and finished products. The penalties are pretty strict. You are definately looking at jail time. Years.

Yes. Distributing any prescription medication illegally will land you in prison for years. Those dealers on the street that slang oxy do quite a bit of time.

You can't compare someone selling oxy to someone selling viagra. Oxy is a felony for mere possession without a script while viagra is a misdemeanor. Feds won't even bother with you if all you have is anti e's and viagra unless you are selling them or are getting such quantities that it looks as though you must be selling them. If the state caught you with them you could probably plea it out with next to nothing as long as the quantities aren't too large. However just pleaing out a case with cost you a good amount of cash. Freedom is not free.

We are all assuming you wan to manufacture and then distribute. If you get caught you will be the saddest person on this board.

Everyone from the local cops, to the FDA, to the DEA to the FBI to even the Pharma companies will try to sodomize you.

Go for it if you want, I'm not judging you one bit. But to ask your original question (and follow-up question) leads me to believe that you need to become a bit more "worldly" to start that sort of business. IMO.

A prescription drug is a prescription drug and distributing them has severe penalties. I don't know what state you're in, but as pesty said, in MOST STATES, slanging script drugs illegally is a felony and will land you in prison.

The unfortunate thing is that they will normally try to charge you with distribution for just about any quantity and then they will try to get you to plea it out as possession (given the total quantity is not too great).

If you are making your own pills you might be able to plea that down to possession if you have 2 things on your side. 1. A good lawyer and 2. A lazy prosecuter.

Do remember I am only talking about State court. A Federal court won't even take the case unless they know they have you. That is why they have a 90% conviction rate.

Go to your states website and look up the criminal code and you will see that not all prescription drugs are treated the same. They are scheduled out and some deem greater punishment then others.

I did a little reseach and dam, I am living in the wrong state. VA for steriod possession is a misdemeanor(you can stiil serve time for a misdemeanor) In CA, they treat it like a felony and put you in jail! No wonder my brother move there OK, that was a joke.

Many states followed the Federal Government when they moved anabolics to Felony possession but some have kept them where they actually belong.

CA is hardcore, even HCG is a felony to possess there.

I'm no expert, but I don't think that would be the case. You haven't actually "manufactured" anything by having it in powder form
Manufacturing would involve actually synthesising the said drug, not merely capping it from a powder (if that makes sense)

E.g if you got busted with 100gm MDMA powder or 100gm of MDMA in pill form, your not going down harder with the powder, as its both the same amount of drug....But if you had some saffras oil and a kitchen that looked like a science lab, your much more fkd...
