I think people get too caught up in the different esters on testosterone. They don't really make much differance other than the duration the molecule stays in the system. You will hear some guys say that shorter acting esters give less water retention. My feelings are that its all a bunch of crap. If you take a good anti aromatise like anastrozol, you will not see hardly anthing in the way of water retention.
I know lots of guys that use long ester test along with A50 or Dboll and get no water retention when used in conjunction with anastozol!!
Man I get sick of the ester debate at my gym, that sust will make you stronger, and prop will not give you as much water retention, its all bullshit, test is test, just a matter of the blood levels you maintain, by the timing in which you administer doses of varying esters.
If you take 200mg of test without an ester directly into you blood stream IV you will have 200mg in you blood that week, may be gone in a day, but you had 200.
if you use 1 sust 250, you will after a week still never have had 200mg of test released into your blood. but what isn't released will be building up and releasing later. So you will feel those effects of higher blood levels later.
once the ester is cleaved off, all test is just testosterone in the blood, or wherever it is attached to a receptor. there is no difference.
a guy asked me once where he could get straight propionate without the test, what a laugh. You couldn't have a propionate without a parent molecule, only a propanoic acid. that would do you no more good than butter.
Yeah, I think guys get esters messed up with the potency of the drug. Like Seneca said, its all test that the esters are attached to. The actuall ester does nothing for your body other than prevent the test from becoming bioavailable. Longer acting esters have stronger bonds to the test and therfore your body has a harder time ripping off the ester. But until the ester is removed, the drug is useless!!
