Hes been doing the bodybuilding thing since he was like 15 bro….he is now 37…..so roughly 22 years worth of strict competitive work in that human body….

This got thrown up on bb.com yesterday same confusion about it being current. Regardless Kai is massive.

There were also some pics thrown up of Phil and Kai in 2007. Do a google search and look at their transformation from then until now. Something major changed in their physique and they either significantly upped the dose of what they were doing or added something new. How many other pro level guys made that drastic level of a change?

I think nobody in the sport today can touch the MUSCLE Kai brings to the table!. Phil and Ramy will have a hard time next to Kai this year. I no that Jay can't believe how big Kai got in the last two years !. I no he is not great for the sport fucking Grapefruits but he is the biggest guy pound for pound on stage !.

So what? He's just big for the sake of being big. His physique is not appealing in any way. Blocky, huge waist, not aesthetic at all. It's sad. Bodybuilders used to have beautiful, flowing, proportionate bodies. What has this sport come to?
