11 days out now. Woke up at 235.4 this morning, lowest weight hit so far was 234.2 on Saturday. Will be going hard on the diet for this week, try to drop another 2 or 3lbs, before slowly raising carbs.

1 week out today. I ate about 150g extra carbs last night, and to my surprise dropped 2lbs to wake up to my lowest weight yet of 233.4 (there goes my idea of stepping on stage at 240+ ha ha).

I was thinking to push a little extra hard over the weekend, to try to burn a bit more fat, but I was happy with what I saw in the mirror post workout (surprised actually, as I train covered in a hoodie).

So I decided rather than stress, I will slowly start increasing carbs, and cruise into the show. Thinking that this will create the best look for me, slowly try to get fuller while reducing stress.

Will see what happens.

Thanks. Yep men's physique (masters). Would like to compete in classic one day and actually pose. Need to improve my legs a lot, and probably another 10lbs of muscle to be competitive or at least be happy with the physique I present.
