Not feasible 5-6 days a week. Only reason I’m at RedCon is the equipment. The staff are horrible. Everyone in their just slurps them so hard. And y’all know how I feel about Aaron…

Thanks. That pic is from a few years ago when I was downsized. Well I am downsized again now That's actually my mum sat next to me I remember my gf at the time was sat down faraway so that's why Flex was looking over.

Lol perfect example right here. Got them drums, stuffed chicken thighs with jalapeños and cream cheese, Steens sausage, loaded baked potato and a crab stuffed jalapeño. If y’all have never been Lafayette I highly recommend you find an excuse to pass through so you can experience the food and lift at Reds.

It was def still open when I lived there. Been almost ten years since I moved back to Florida tho. My ex and I used to eat there. The structure/setting itself was very cool.

Sitting at 283lbs. currently. Finally nailed the side leg shot Sunday and really happy with how my hams look. Still a bit small compared to my quads but that's just room to improve. Trained chest yesterday - I've had Smith flat bench back in rotation for 5 weeks after not doing it for about a year and hit 445 x 8 yesterday. Goal is to hit 500 x 3 by end of year.
