ok my last work out was on Friday at 6pm an I worked delts,bi's and woke up on sat feeling fine,around noon sitting at the table my back cramped up and still hurts it feels like there is someone hitting me in the back w/a bat so i took a hot bath,had the GF rub my back to try to loosen it up but nothing yet and before bed last night I took a muscle relaxer and as i sit here it still hurts and i have to train legs in a few hours before the Detroit Lions get there ass kicked by Green Bay so what is the deal?
