Woodchuck/ground hog is delicious when cooked right and it's very lean like most rodentsTechnically woodchuck is not pork but 50 years ago as a kid I would sit in a nearby field with my .22 and pick off a couple...after dressing them my grandma had a way of cooking it like slow cooked roast...we would tear it apart after...it tasted just like pulled pork that is available today...

Another reason to visit Romania someday...I’ve wanted to go for years now because of the wilderness/climbing there. It looks so beautiful.I eat it mostly every day. We also get wild pig here and it is very good when prepared properly. Here in Romania, I don't know too many who don't eat pork. I get lean cuts when I eat it and barbecue it on a grill.

I can get pork tenderloin even cheaper than chicken breast and it's a hell of a lot more exciting. Honestly you can just rub down a tenderloin with mustard, dry seasoning, whatever, pop it in the oven and it comes out amazing. Air fryer, just cut it up, throw some season on, bam you've got plenty of LEAN protein for the day
I challenge guys to change out chicken breast for pork tenderloin as a change of pace. I guarantee you'll love it as long as you know how to cook it

January of 2021 Pork will see an increase in price so i'd keep that in mind and stock up by the end of the year...if bought from the store.
