During my current schedule I don't get out of the gym until 10:30pm, then I usually get in bed by about midnite. Right after I train I usually consume a shake of 60grams protein and some simple carbs from gatorade about 40grams. I usually feel hungry again right when I'm hitting the sack at midnite, I have been sticking to just pro/fat meal before bed, although I'm starving and feel like consuming a larger meal.
My question is am I comprimising my gains by not taking advantage of having a bigger meal at that time?
