I know that bumping your carbs/calories up on a periodic basis while dieting keeps your metabolism from slowing down too much. But if you are jacking up your metabolism by taking t3 is there any need to do this? Does carb cycling even effect your BMR at all while on t3?

I would sure like to keep to my scheduled cheating while on this d@mn diet, but if all it is going to do is provide extra calories I have to burn off I don't think I can justify the extra carbs.
 
T3 will keep your metabolism fast all the way through so I wouldnt even worry, but if you wanna bumb up your carbs now and again it aint only for your metabolism, its also to get extra pumps in the gym and also for energy.
