I know that bumping your carbs/calories up on a periodic basis while dieting keeps your metabolism from slowing down too much. But if you are jacking up your metabolism by taking t3 is there any need to do this? Does carb cycling even effect your BMR at all while on t3?
I would sure like to keep to my scheduled cheating while on this d@mn diet, but if all it is going to do is provide extra calories I have to burn off I don't think I can justify the extra carbs.
