i was just cruising around Flexonline when i came accross this..

what do you guys think of this for bringing up lagging body parts? assuming preworkout insulin + peptopro/karboload protocol

Really? thats splitting hairs, insulin is anabolic and for bodybuilders there's a few things you have to know, getting down to details that are pure science on that end really dont help anyone and its more like 'look at me and what I know'.

IME, I believe in over-reaching like this sometimes. Kinda hammering a muscle with more than it's used to, in a different way.

BUT all these articles on a GH bursts from certain types of training, maximizing Test spikes and the lot. HAHA.

I'm gonna go create the "right hormonal environment" now...gotta remember to swab the top of the bottle first. And I feel a GH burst coming on in about 10 minutes! Like I KNOW it's gonna happen. haha ;)

Haha yea. Sometimes I'm down the gym for hours but a few g of test and some gh peptides seems to change the rules somewhat:)

For a genetic freak like Pak Man anything is gonna work. And IMO, that's whether he running gear or not.
 
I met Ben down in Tampa once, nice enough guy.

Whether this is effective or not, I don't know but we can pull from it and it is somewhat science based.

Something I've had success with lately... and take this with a grain of salt as powerlifting is my passion but I've managed to build a decent physique with and without drugs

Hit a bodypart hard and heavy one day, and the next 'flush' it with high reps and light weight. A couple exercises for 100 reps+ or try occlusion for this. Nice addition, especially if you are stalled on a specific bodypart.

In addition, overreaching and then pulling back for a bit has merit, increasingly for those of us that have been in the 'game' for a good while.

Sometimes you have to get creative to force the body to grow...

Sure it is splitting hairs but some people do actually care about the details so its nice to see when people actually tune into them rather than being overly general

So in your opinion then the only things important for growth are a test or anabolic/androgenic compound, gh and slin because then sure its all exogenous but those are not even close to everythign happens hormonally from training. That isnt even scratching the surface.
