Being somewhat new to the board i have been reading alot and came across "beginners sticky" which recommended 500 gms of protein
I have always eaten at the most 2 grams per lbs of bodyweight, usually 1.5 if i am not carb restricting.
Anyone consistently eat 500 gms (or roughly 2.5 gms protein per pound of lbs is what that would almost equate to for me) and does it make a difference? can the body use THAT much protein?
