I see your trying to distinguish whats more better beetween 1/lb or 1g/Lb LBM... I have heard both ends for the rule of thumb and my opinion is dont even worry about it. its going to be a slighl change to overall intake unless your some fat ass, and protien is not exactly as controlable as some like a pill, with ease I mean. You have to be very dedicated documented and strict to eat the exact same "ideal" ammount every single day. Im not preparing for a show, I just try to have a constant intake trhough out the dya and I usually will hit within 50-75grams overall for same ammount of protien per day. dividing it throughout 6-7 meals...
