So in the past i've used all the desiner protiens like optimum,champion,etc.. and then heard the quality isnt nearly as good as stuff from trueprotein or proteinfactory and lba's,etc... so lately i've been using lba's, TP's beef isolate, TP's CFM and TP's ultra isolate and sometimes PF's microfiltered isolate. Now, I got a buddy who works at max muscle and can hook me up with shit for free. I know they isolate is CFM so thats good but they also got stuff like High5 which is a blend of concentrate,isolate,soy,milk and egg and stuff like Maxpro which is milk,concentrate and isolate,etc... So basically if im gonna get this shit for free should I just double up the dose to get the same quality as stuff from TP and other top notch places. Like if I want 50g i'll take maybe 70 or 80,etc..
