Damn buddy I hope all is well I am so glad to see you back in the loop again to some extent!LOL I agree with you we bot hleft for the same reason but that is in the past buddy. I figured i would shock everyone with a little pre-cycle photo and after nationals I'll get on the train and send you some updated photo's via private e-mail. I have read many of your old posts and have always enjoyed them.The artical you wrote was also greatly appreciated.I know that you are very busy ,but any imformation that you might wish share with us would bring many thanks and I am sure many clients as well.I work with Skip and he has always said nice things about you and that guy is a class act as well.So contribute a few acticals, maybe a basic contest prep[detailed] or a off season mass program.Those would be great reads.I look foreward to seeing more from you around here.You definately know your shit, most people on the boards think they know more than thy actually do , but you are not one of them.You are a very bright man , very good at what you do and so is your boy deepsquat.Take care.......Welcome back ....don't forget the articals , would help your business andd people onthis board.

I hold much more creedence in what someone says after I've seen their pic (picture is worth a thousand words). That is - THEIR PIC, not somebody else's. That was my problem with Fathead - had respect for his picture (which WASN'T him) instead of the person.
Kidrok, you don't have to show your face - can either cut the head out of the pic or blur it out. If anyone needs help doing this, I can help (although my turnaround maybe slow) - just PM me.

Thanks for the offer Excel. I have actually posted pics from my show back in June (link copied below). Don't think I have any other more recent pics. I haven't trained now for a month due to surgery on my hand for carpal-tunnel so I do not want to take any pics now when I'm small and soft! LOL

I promise to get back on here and post as much as possible and see if I can't pursued some of the other old-timers to jump back on here as well as Ry and alot of the others that left were invaluable and make alot of informative and great posts. Not to mention we already have a great group of mod's here in Xcel,Mike_s,ect.... as well as alot of seasoned pro's that we all can learn from. I will do my best to write some articles just let me know what everyone would like me to write about. Leep in mind i am burried until after nationals but will get it done after i get back. wyldeone.

I missed you this last year at the Arnold. But this year that ain't going to happen again! I'll have a little more freedom to wander around and hang out since I don't have to hang out with my buddy and his BITCH girlfriend who thinks she is such a princess. My buddy who just recently married her (OH DEAR GOD!! UNBELIVEABLE!) has his head so far up her ass constantly, that we pretty much did everything she wanted to. My girl and I looked for every excuse possible to get away when we could.
Anyway, I"m going to start a thread on the Arnold and see where and when we can all meet.
And to get back to the topic, one of my pics is on the top of the ProMuscle page. Second from the left side. (Thanks for the honor excel.)
