here is the dilly... im on 500mg weekly of test e

id like to throw in 250mg weekly of decca

im doin 1 test e shot mon and one thurs.. can i just do all 500mg on monday ( in delt) and the 250 of decca on thurs ( other delt) i have thick ass shoulders... i figured thats a question some will have... is it cool to do all 500 mg in one shot or should i do...

and on thurs MIX 250mg test e and 250mg decca???

i hate goin in the ass cuz its uncomfortable for me to reach around so i stick with delts lol..

Yes that will work.

Or split Deca, and use 125mg in both shots. (your choice)

You could just inject 3ml once a wk, in your glutes or quad (my choice)
