Its 1:30 in the afternoon. Id be curious to see
what some of you big Fuggers have ingested so far up to this point in the day
(honestly..including everything that went in your stomach...Shakes,Otc supps etc etc.)
Also what you plan to have for the rest of the Day?

Now then (still being honest with ourselves) What do you Think,Know or wish you would have had If nothing was in the way..No time restraints,Budget, appointments or anything else in the way?

Im a bit dispointed in myself so I dont want to start:eek:
 
Mine is a little boring:
2 pots of coffee.
1.5 lbs of turkey sliced and sauted with jalepenos, italian long hots, and banana-peppers, sprinkled with Locatelli cheese.
1 Myoplex Carb Sense shake
Teaspoon of peanut butter

Told, ya; Boring!
 
wake up-7am
1 cup ots, 6 strawberries, 1 banana, 2 scp prot.
30min. later trained Bi's n Tri's
post w.o. 9am Vitargo
30 min. later
9:30am 1 cup oats, 6 strawberries, 10 egg wh.
11am 2 cup white rice, 12oz. chicken

Will now eat every 1-1.5 hours
Sunday is cheat day

Wake up . . . 50 g's Whey

1 hour later 1 1/2 cups oats, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 pack sweetner, 100 g Yogourt.

11 egg whites ( 50 g') onions and 1/2 cup kidney beans, 1 small piece pita bread.

That's it so far.

got up made some breakfast casorole but didnt have anymilk to go with it so i went to subway. Footlong ham and cheese with 2 cookies and a large DrP. Hey at least i'm honest.
 
breakfast:
4oz lean beef
4 eggs
2 whites
1/2c oats
6 strawberries

meal#2
2.5 scoops trueprotein
2tbsp ANPB
3/4 c oats

Meal#3
1tbsp OO
9oz chicken
3/4c b rice
1/2c broccolli
soy sauce

+3/4 gall of water

Plan to have 4 more meals with the same amount of protein and fats while tapering the carbs down as the day goes by. I am supposed to train today but I have come down with the nastiest sinus infection I have ever had and am layed up on the couch.
 
Wake up: 43gms whey isolate with an orange.
Breakfast: 8 whole eggs, 2 slices whole wheat toast, apple slices w/peanut butter, multivitamin (crushed), 1 bromelain (crushed), 1/2 pot black coffee
Lunch: 2 boiled chx breasts, 1 cup long grain rice, 3 fish oil caps, 1 bromelain (crushed)
Afternoon meal: 43g whey isolate shake blended with 1 cup non-fat yogurt and 1 cup whole oats, 3 fish oil caps
Dinner: TBD, 3 fish oil caps
Evening meal: TBD
Bedtime: 43g whey isolate in water, spinach and lettuce salad w/grated carrots and cheese (vinegar and olive oil dressing)

This is my cheat day so it's burgers or pizza for dinner and evening meal... maybe a meatball sub LOL (the TBD's lol)

The rest is pretty much standard fair for any day.
watching a movie, taking a few shits, drinking a gallon of water, layng around like a slob
 
woke up @ 6.30 am and made coffee :D lots of it :D black:D LOL

7 am 13 egg whites + 2 whole eggs + half spoon flax oil + seasoning together with digestive enzymes + vitamins
8.30 am ECYA stack
10.30 am waxy maize + cee +bcaa+leucine
10.50 am maltodextrin + whey isolate/hydrolysate/egg white mix + taurine
12 pm half cup oatmeal + 6 egg whites + 1 scoop of Team S..p mixed in there :D
2.45 pm 9 oz of tuna + spoon of flax oil + 4 oz of broccoli


will have a couple more pro / fat meals . every 2-3 hours apart . i am dieting right now , so there are not too many carbs on plate today , LOL . also , i will have to do another cardio session tonight..

Curious...

Why do so many guys crush so much coffee in the morning. It def curves my apppetite which for me is a no go. But i do love coffee!
 
lol i rolled out of bed at 3 pm and just had a 100 gram protein shake. here in about 45 minutes i'm gonna eat a couple pieces of chicken with about a cup of rice and then just see where the day takes me. today im just gonna eat about every 2 hours and it's pretty much gonna be whatever i feel like eatin :D
 
came back from thailand so I had the right to a baby portion in airplane made of spicy chicken (I can't suppprot spicy food) and omelette
for the omelette I think they used 1 egg for a 6 person omelette lol
arrived here and ate 1 pizza and 1/2

yes it was junk and so what ??? :D

all for today since I haven't slept for almost 2 days now my appetite is a little bit fucked up

When I drink coffee with food, I get no appetite suppresion. Plus it mobilizes fatty acids in your body. I love coffee. Sometimes after lunch I have a few cups too. I got a bean crusher for Xmas... some days that thing has smoke coming out of it.

The other thing I notice in here is how little real solid food people eat. I mean, a lot of drinks and/or very soft foods, no fiber, etc. I try to make certain to get at least 3 and sometimes even more whole meals of real food, chx, potatoes, rice, fruits, veggies, beef, etc. If digestion is a problem (like it used to be for me) just crush up a bromelain with your meal...

Another thing is eating an orange with a meal. Seems to really help digestion a lot for me.

i agree with the solid foods bro. some days i dont even drink a shake and get all 6-8 meals from solid foods. usually i have to drink a shake in the morning because my appetite hasnt kicked in yet. i think solid foods are better, because well, i just like to freakin eat if you can't tell lol i can see a pizza delivery guy pulling up in my driveway in the near future :cool:

French Toast
4 chicken wings, mozarella stick, and a slice of pizza
8 oz seving of oatmeal
and a ton of iced tea and coffee.

Oh yeah.. something from Olive Garden for dinner and a Whey protein shake before bed;)
 
Pussy dont count ya lying Bastid! :D Unless it hits your stomach its a no go....
Ill give you credit for the Juice. Does that have protein in it?
