The majority of the tests showing it effective in shrinking prostate tissue used 160 mg twice per day, or 320 mg total.

Well, it's worth using if you having any prostate issues (trouble peeing, feeling like you have to pee alot).

I use the 80mg Now Foods softgels when I feel like above- 2 pills 3 times a day for total of 480 mg - it makes me feel better within 2 days.

IMO, Good cheap supp when you need it. But I do see not much value in always taking it.

Well, if you need it, you need it so take it. BUT for hair loss finastiede was best for me to curb that (but it will screw with your sex drive).

You did not really say why you want to take it forthgen; Prostate or hair loss issues? I just avoid anything DHT-related (Proviron and Winny I can't do anymore, though I like). Same with Masteron (MDHT I believe). Many prohormones screwed with me too; the worst for my prostate is Ephedra- but Saw P. fixed it real quick.

I hope this helps but I don't know; I have no idea what you are going through- 200 or 300 mg of test a week (HRT) would not cause any problems for me.

Hey fourth I have used it on and off for years, I think it helps with hairloss AND prostate issues, it may reduce gains but I don't really think it would be much, it helps keep your sexdrive when "on" and helps me with recovery when "off". Dante actually told me about this stuff about ten years ago, and then I read that Flex Wheeler used it a few years later, I would say try it but remember anything "natural" takes a little longer to work so give it a month anyway, also be sure to use the oil form NOT the dry form. 320mgs a day or more will help. I use it when "on" and then continue it during pct then go off it for a month or so.

No probs with hairloss. I just figured it would be healthy for the prostate. I dont have any prost problems either(well, havent gotten tested) but I piss normally and not more frequently than normal. I just figured if we use milk thistle for liver, cholest/heart meds,etc.. wouldnt it be smart to use a prostate med.
