I just recently had a chest x ray due to breathing issues which came back negative but the x ray showed I have mild s shaped scoliosis. This is new to me. My dad has scoliosis.
What are some things I can do for scoliosis. And can I countine to workout? I'm 34 years old recovering from shoulder and bicep sugery from the past year so i just started lifting lightly again.
Workout wise what are some muscle groups I should focus on when lifting for my scoliosis?
Current stats I'm 6 ft 245 lbs.
