hey, just got back from the shawn ray, I ended up taking the superheavys and the overall, I came in at 237, a few pounds lighter than the emerald cup but a whole lot drier, it was a very good experience and i had a lot of fun. My roomate won the h3 hummer they were giving away also so we made out pretty good in denver, I dont have any pics yet but bodybuilding.com and coloradoproshow.com should have some with the results in a few days. anyway just wanted to keep you all posted on my progress

Congrats Kenny! I don't know if you remember me but I was in a blue button up shirt and tie. I spoke to you while you were up front talking to your friend who won the Hummer. I was one of the NPC Judges.

Km, you looked pretty dang awesome! I believe I saw you backstage when I was trying to make my escape (rather unsuccessfully). I think you were talking to a heavyweight that was sitting down. Anyways congrats!

thanks so much for all the posative feedback, it means a lot. crimson ghost yes I remember talking to you there thanks for saying hello nice to meet you. I think the conditioning was on, my game plan now is to let the body grow slowly and try to come in next year 15lbs heavyier and keep the crisp condition, maybe 10lbs we will see how I react to the off season diet wich will be very clean, any suggestions or comments would be very appericiated, thanks for all of your guys support.

That sounds great KM. Don't try to get too big too quick. I mean, you're BIG already but could use a few more lbs to fill out a bit more. As soon as you came out in your weight class I knew you were the winner. I didn't even have to think about it. You nailed the condition for sure. Adding another 10-15 pounds is a great plan. You have the shape and structure to do well in this sport. Hope to see you cleaning up on the National level next year!!
