Anyone ever had any shoulder problems from working each bodypart every 4th or 5th day? My shoulders are having little pains in them when I workout, what did ya'll do to fix the problem?
 
Try this. Take a brooomstick and grip it a pretty wide grip with both hands standing up. Have it it rest on your quads in front of you while still holding it. Keep your arms completely straight and rotate all the way back to your butt. Almost like a half circle. Do that every night for about 30 reps (1 rep is to your butt and back) and I bet your shoulder problems get better depending on what part is hurting. I know this helped loosen up my shoulders GREATLY.

Also, every couple of days try to narrow the grip down which makes the exercise harder : )

what type of pains? sharp pains or more of an ache? how old are you?

I have left shoulder issues from a car crash years ago. Deca is a wonderful addition to my cycle (I use it every cycle) and keeps all my shoulder pain at a minimum.

Yea, explain that a little more. I'm having trouble picturing it. Quad to butt?

I had 2 rotator cuff surgeries... is it sharp pain or just discomfort from post-workout soreness??

Take 1000mg Ibpoffern 3 times a day... that should do it... if that doesnt make it go away you have an accute tear
 
Its right where the bicep and shoulder meet to the front delt and my front delts have this tender feeling when I do my pressing movements.

Thats the DC fix for shoulder problems, I've been doin it about 3 times per week for 30 to 50 reps. Theres a thread up on IM where he explains it all.

BINGO. No, not left to right, bring it up over your head, hence quads to shoulders. I'm telling you this loosens your shoulders up so much!

I try to avoid any exercises that are uncomfortable and cause pain.

Just a sore feeling when I do the movement, like real tender, hurts to push hard during the set.
 
Is 100mg of Deca sufficient?

I am taking the Organon Deca Durabolin, 1 amp once a week for joints only. I'm on my third week. Can anyone tell me what the minimum is for joint releif as i don't want alot of it in my body right now. Thanks. Sorry to be off topic. Kind of.

that isnt a supraspinatus tear by what youre describing. the supraspinatus has nothing to do with the front like he is describing.

Personally I would go see a sports doctor... a specialist... get an MRI... get your concious cleared... see what your insurance covers first...

It does sound that something is wrong though... I like the Ibpoferren test... if there is a good responce to it, it is not as severve, and could probably be healed through PT
