Dude, you can easily be 220 or more. If you're naturally lean, great, then eat!
You can get to 220 very lean or 230 if you get a bit more "blurry" in the abs and then cut it down.
Im 6'2" and got to 245 in high school and later went onto a D1 school for Track and Field. I just ate a lot and lifted heavy. In college, I let it get a bit out of control trying to be as strong as possible and got to a sloppy 270.
Point is, at that height, you don't need to worry much about getting fat. Hell, it took me nearly 8 years to get piggy. LOL.
