littlemack said:If your symptoms are neck up then its ok more than likely ok to train, but if its neck down then chances are you may have a respiratory infection and it will put added strain on your heart and is not advisable. Particularly if your coughing up green flegm. If your going to do it anyway, then just go real slow and don't get to the point of breaking a sweat.
