what are the symptons and sighns of good t3 and what dosage you need to be able to tell if its quality stuff?
Take your temperature (which you should be doing anyway) every morning right before you get out of bed. You should be able to see it working on the thermometer.
Use a trusted supplier and you should have no worries.
i think 99.1 is considered a low grade fever
kool, but i have heard thats not a good test, cause your temp can range a degree under and over naturally, and over 99 .6 would almost be a fever
signs and symptoms: less fat and lighter weight. Really, though, I was wondering about this myself. I'm on t3 now, and yeah, I've lost some weight, but it wasn't miraculous or anything. I really don't want to do dnp, I'd like to do it with diet and exercise. But yeah, how do you know? Temperature? Heat intolerance? Etc... I looked up hyperthyroidism and looked at their symptoms... I would think that they would be similar to someone on t3.
"Major clinical signs include weight loss (often accompanied by an increased appetite), anxiety, intolerance to heat, fatigue, hair loss, weakness, hyperactivity, irritability, apathy, depression, polyuria, polydipsia, delirium, and sweating." These are all s/s of hyperthyroidism... I can count about 4-5 that I have (that I didn't have before starting t3), so I hope that it's working.
