It’s not broscience, it’s legit. Essentially speeds it up that’s why t4 is needed. Take t3 and it will cause catabolism. Taking the t4 will create plenty of T3.Is all the bro-logic we hear about regarding the addition of exogenous T4 lending itself to rT3 legit?
Yeah it wears you out quickly/makes you weaker definitely. Not ideal when wanting to build or even maintain muscle.I was of those guys using HGH without T4 and i ended up with good FT3 levels and near 0 FT4 with a normal TSH.
If you go to and endo, like i did, he won't be too much concerned because FT3 levels were high so, my body was producing enough T4 and gets all converted in T3.
After a while i started taking 100mcg T4 before bed fasted with water, and after 8 weeks my FT4 levels went to near the max and FT3 was near max levels too.
All this on 4iu Ansomone ed.
I wasn't supplementing with Iodine or Selenium but i am pretty sure that those two supplements can't do much more.
Some research say that T3 improves protein absorpion, i don't agree with that.
I would just aim to have enough FT3 and FT4 while on gear.
None noticed that high dose of T3 makes you very weak also? On 75mcg T3 i felt tired af after just 3 sets...
Great answer Luki . For 15ius i need 200mcg t4?There is really nothing complicated here. GH increases the conversion of t4 to t3. Hence, high t3 and low t4 values are often observed in people using gh and not supplementing t4. The conversion is so large that it does not keep up with the production of t4 and gh drives the conversion process, so in the long run it will lead to hypothyroidism. So we need to supplement t4. Usually 50-100mcg per day is enough, but with higher doses of gh 10-15iu and more we need a lot more because the conversion is so strong.
I know HGH has been shown to increase conversion of T4 to T3, but I have personally NEVER experienced this benefit from taking HGH ever, and I have way too many sets of labs to count to back this up. Maybe I need to use much higher doses or HGH or something.
Could just be me. Curious if anyone here has noticed this conversion benefit confirmed by lab work.
Does it reduce your levels permanently? I see how some people take t4 or a t/3/t4 combo with 12.5 mcg T3. If one is running 5iu of gh ED should they take t4 or a combo or better not to mess with it avd then maybe start doing that 2 months into it?High dosages of hgh or small for long time reduces your thyroid , so thats why you need to replace is levels , but never with t3 ( because is to harsh and catabolic ) . Use only t4 at low dosage like 50mcg ED fasted and is ok .
3iu might work for fat burning but I agree and would use at least 4iu. I found 4.5 ius to be the perfect dose for serostim as far as burning fat while keeping muscle mass.Even top quality pharma we need 4ius to see results on hgh . 2ius is mostly for health purposes
If t4 increase the results of hgh and is so cheap why not use? use 50mcg t4 is enough for such dosages of hghDoes it reduce your levels permanently? I see how some people take t4 or a t/3/t4 combo with 12.5 mcg T3. If one is running 5iu of gh ED should they take t4 or a combo or better not to mess with it avd then maybe start doing that 2 months into it?
I agree and I'm not here to rip you. What someone needs to grow is different that replacement which I think you know. You probably got the wording mixed up.We all have different opinions and thats why we are here in forum to talk our experiences . For me i need 4ius at least and i prefer do 3x week after workout to grow .
The tabs I can get from someone who has a script are 300mcg. Not sure if I could use those or not. I’ve read t4 has a fairly long half life- I’ll have to do more research on that.If t4 increase the results of hgh and is so cheap why not use? use 50mcg t4 is enough for such dosages of hgh
