I've got probably only 6cycles under My belt....I'm 23, 5'8"198 I'm looking to gain about 10-12 solid lbs. I just started growth @2iu 2 times daily & I'm running 500mg QV eth every 3rd day....speaking to 2 national level competitors whom I'm friends w/& 1 IFBB pro I know they have told Me to bump up 2 the 2gram range....(but then again, I'm friends w/them & they also pop drol like its candy)should I bump it up .....opinions please

I think its a genetic thing

I have never taking a gram of test a week, I have been cycling for 6 yrs, and I still grow on 400mg of test, and 200mg of deca. 5'8" 235lbs (bodyfat? well most think its 6%, but I'll say 8-9%) I'll have it tested again to get more accurate % for you. In my experiance I always use just enough to grow..I dont gain, but 10lbs a cycle, but I keep 7-all of it). Each person is different, In my years I have known people who have takin a ton, and they dont even look like they work out, and have met some people who just grow looking at a bottle of test. Just my opinion though, what do i know anyway:D

John my guess is youd be 7% or so now, from what I see.
