It may not be an ideal diet for BB's but when it comes to health and 'fixing' things... nothing comes remotely closeI do it now that I'm older, because I want to be healthier and leaner. It helps a ton with the pain from osteoarthritis in my left shoulder. I do one meal a day usually sometime between 2 and 7pm, usually ribeyes or a pound of ground beef and half a stick of butter, lots of salt, eggs sometimes. Gets rid of a lot of the fluff, bodyfat and water weight. I cheat occasionally and have some junk, but when I do, the pain in my shoulder flares up pretty bad so I dont do it often.
