You are a big dude that's for sure. Are you really sure you want to start another "bulk" (I hate that term) though?? You look like you're already carrying way too much bodyfat. If you gain much more I'm afraid you'll be borderline obese.

Totally agree. If he puts on more fat, which will for sure come with a bulk, he will be obese. I would rather be lean and smaller, then big and fat.

He is carrying a shit load of muscle though.

Thanks for the criticism. Yes I am going to bulk again...more of a lean bulk with proper nutrition to limit the added fat. I'm looking to go on stage at 260 or so. Gotta eat to grow and I would rather be massive onstage than just another so called bodybuilder.

Couple of questions:

You plan on being a top IFBB pro's size for your first contest????

Do you really think that is a realistic goal for your first contest at your current size (262 lbs @ +20% bodyfat)??

Why don't you just forget about numbers and strip some of that bodyfat off and see how you really look???

You are for sure a big boy..........but I bet you're not nearly as big as you think you are underneath all that excess weight.

This is coming from my own experiences just trying to help out.

Yo bro - YOu clearly are massive already - i agree that a cut would be way more productive for you at this point. You should hook up with a diet coach like Alex Azerian (prepbyalex)and get that tuned in. BTW - where do you lift? I'm in Oaktown.

how old are you dude?
How long you been lifting for?
I'm 24 and have only been focused on bbing for a few years...I had worked out with football and what not growing up but thats it.

I live in Fremont and will be looking to train at Medina's very soon.

My next bulk will include gear so I'm not worried about the fat...some of it will be burned off and my diet will not be crazy in terms of cals or carbs...just a little bit higher than now. Thanks for the input fellas.

Great post.

I wish u nothing but the best in that sport, Sarge, but in your current condition it will take u YEARS to be 260 lbs on stage... that's if you wanna be shredded at that weight, of course...

At that high of a bodyfat, you'd be closer to 200 lbs in contest mode right now.

It's good to be motivated, but please be REALISTIC.
