Just being dedicated and not skipping training. Its like I just looked in the mirror one day I was was like "damn i'm huge" lol. Eat a lot of the right foods, train each bodypart with 5 exercises and 5 sets per exercise, sleep 8 hours a night and do this for a few years.
 
Same here - Phil's and DC's. Can't really say if one's better than the other. I've had great success with both.

Sleep

Every one is different. So some workouts will work for one guy and not the other. make sure you get your sleep 7-8 hours. Protein is extremely important before you go to sleep (a must)That is very important for growing. You need to find your grove. you are the best person who knows your body more then anyone else. Stay on track and zone your self with every set.

I changed my wo when I read that above link from storytime with lats long time ago and had incredible results, recently working with Phil and tweaked it around a little and at 33 and like many of us with numerous injuries I am right at my all time strongest and biggest. My "supplement" routine has been consistant so I cannot attribute to it. Phil and Dc are onto something, at least for my body type and recovery abilities>

Chest, back, shoulder wise DCs split has worked the best for me.
