I changed my wo when I read that above link from storytime with lats long time ago and had incredible results, recently working with Phil and tweaked it around a little and at 33 and like many of us with numerous injuries I am right at my all time strongest and biggest. My "supplement" routine has been consistant so I cannot attribute to it. Phil and Dc are onto something, at least for my body type and recovery abilities>
