my friend had been leaning up big time and i asked him what he was doing differently.. he said he did clean up his diet a bit, but he thinks the main the main difference has been insulin. i have never heard of insulin actually leaning someone up, but he swears thats whats doing it.
he uses 10iu pre workout and 10iu post workout. trust me i see him leaning up and i cant believe it, however he isnt eating any fats pre or post with the slin/ and hes taking in about 200g of carbs each 10iu.. also no GH thats for sure..
and right now, hes even off cycle.. its pretty damn amazing...maybe someone knows something else that i dont know about it? im expecting him to be fat, but evertime i see hiim hes leaner.
