I feel for this guy...

he is not selling crack, or anything like that. He is just making a few bucks helping people acheive thei fitness goals.

You can tell he would have never been busted, because he was smart about his money. I am sure he could afford the fancy toys, but he elected not to buy them....

i dont think those charges will stick---if the unit was broken into--who's to say that stuff wasnt planted---they were investigation a crime--but not against the renter of the storage unit--it didnt mention a warrant being issued to search the boxes---so that makes it illegal search and seizure--that guy should be fine--with a good attorney he's golden---the supreme court ruled that only when investigation a crime is it legal to obtain evidence when the stuff is in plain view---and they had to go through the boxes to find the stuff---with a good lawyer he will walk
