i would like to apologise
first to bigA and the mods, for i was a mod 2+yr ago(from the PM AND RM conception Onn...) i was selected as a featured member, this great "promotion" was bestowed upon me and i truly let my boys down and the board down by not contributing to the article, nor the board at the time.
truth be told, i tore both long heads of my triceps at a RAW powerlifting meet, at 24, 320lb, i took a 550lb bench opener and nailed it, my next of 625, i took twice, both times, "twinging" each of my triceps, at the time, i knew not what happened, two days post, i realized, and i started to suffer a deep seeded depression, for 3+ years i have sparcely trained, the wisdom on mod- Paul B and his friendship has kept my hope alive. 2wk ago i began an unorthodox training style. which i hope to pass on to a close friends son, who is a d2 d1 hopeful, that said. this board and the close knit group that we all are, old timers and newbies(so to speak), has kept my interest. not that anyone cares but i vow to post and help as tho i still hold my status, and i thank the members for making this board what it is today,(and thus keeping me interested in physical sports) rajj, bigA, pb etc, even tho we have faded, i still value our friendship. thank you all, for any and everything
merry christmas, festivus, chanauka, kwanza lol
