Hey guys and gals, I need some input on pre-competition dieting and training. I have a buddy that is 21, 6'2" and weighs 225#. He wants to compete in September. He's been training about 3-4 years and has put on some good size. Should he try top bulk up then cut up or just try to gain quality muscle? He's a natural trainer, so gear is out of the question at this point in time. What tips can you give me? Thanx, Nico
