To follow up on a thread asking about the best training system:
I've been training with Emeric and his system where the emphasis is on the negative portion of the movement.
We add weight during the negative portion of the movement tricking our minds into thinking we will be lifting the same amount on the positive movement; however, at the bottom portion of the movement we strip the weight exploding through the positive.
Guaranteed way to add to your heaviest lifts and work every muscle fiber possible................here's an example of a video we filmed for youtube with Emeric doing his system.
