34% whey protein isolate microfiltration
33% micellar casein

yep , the chocolate coconut is realy good to.

mix a couple scoops with just enough water to make it like cake batter then add a tablespoon of almond butter , makes a great late night snack that doesn't fill your gut to bad , if i drink a shake and lay down in an hr I'll puke , this little trick has prevented that

yes the casein in it makes it a lil thicker shake

I will have to try the chocolate coconut, and its so funny you mention the almond butter, i have been having it with every shake i take, Damn almond butter is addicting also

Just started working with Shelby and this is the blend he recommended. I got burnt out on chocolate so I tried something new.... Watermelon. Still waiting on the package to arrive. Anyone tried this flavor?
