Hey guys im new here , and am in need of some advice for i am a novice at the sauce. beeen workin out for appx. 5 yrs, 23yrs old. 6'1" 185lbs. so you could say im definately a hardgainer.it has taken me 3 years to put on 35 lbs. i have tried one cycle of test 250 for 10 weeks last year and gained 15lbs, 10 of which i kept. this time i am planning for test 350 for 12 weeks with some d-bol involved. my ques is my dosing and timing for the d-bol. my friend said to take it for 6 weeks at 30/day, 5 days a week. I have a bottle of 100 10mg tabs. also i have 60 50mg clomid pills for therapy, should i wait 3 weeks before post cycle therapy? because the test is a super-test combo of 4 tests. you guys seem to have the info on all the best methods, if you have any ideas for some other post cycle stuff, all info would be greatly appreciated, :cool:

I always suggest switching to a faster-acting test like prop for last 2 or 3 weeks of cycle (depending on the longest ester in your mix). This will allow you to begin post cycle 3 days agter last injection.

I'd have to agree w/ XCEL, switch to prop (which coincidentally is my favorite type of test) the d-bols sound decent, def follow what it says in the post XCEL is refering to, other than that, I'd say if you want to keep your gains better try throwing in some clen for post cycle (if you don't want to do another type of juice), its an anti-catabolic so you won't tend to lose muscle, but it will help rip off any water retention.
 
seems like everyone here has some pretty good info on here, i really appreciate the info, so how should i take the dbol (dosage) and when in the cycle should i take it? first 6 weeks? last 6 weeks? middle of cycle? and what do you guys think about pyramiding the cycle, as in increasing the dosages and then decreasing them before the end?
 
Pyramiding is old school - and I should know since I'm older than dirt :)

The idea behind pyramiding was to reduce stress on HPTA. By tapering down drug dosage, you were suppose to restore your HPTA quicker. Doesn't work that way - even with reduced doasges your HPTA stays shut down until you're "off" for XX amount of time "based on type of gear." Since you're planning on doing post cycle, that will help restore HPTA quicker/better.

thanks for all your input excel, you seem to be quite the knowledge guru, all the good threads have been headlined by you! how long have you been training? ill bet you have seen all the ins and outs of everything from whos who to whats hot. by the way, what do you think of my timing of dbol ( when to take it)
 
No need to butter me up :) I'm still learning

If it were me, I'd do 10mg dbol, 3x ED for first 4 weeks. I'd then finish up with stanozolol (winny) tabs.

well i will see what i can find, but as of now i think because of the financial thing i will have to stick with what i got. i willl get going in the first of april. i will put up a thread if, keep everyone posted. whats your preference on sites, thigh or butt?
 
Glutes are definately safer - but harder to reach - hahaha

Make sure you aspirate, wherever you poke!

I'll second that, I have a very very tough time reaching my glutes, so mostly its delts for me, I've been thinking about trying quads, but I haven't yet...

aspirate?i thought that meant choking on your own puke?!?! you mean pull back o nthe plunger before injection?
