The name is on it, TSA = Transportation Security Administration... They are not U.S customs !
They only look for things that could endanger an airport or a plane, NOTHING else ! Now don't get me wrong, if you have a pound of cocaine, yea you bet your ass you COULD get in trouble, only if the screening person cares to say something. TSA dogs only sniff bombs and explosives...
I had 5 insulin needles .5ml 29g filled with Test and Tren with alcohol swabs, a 7 day pill case filled with Viagra (bluepill that screams viagra) and proviron in my carry-on... They did open my carry on and saw EVERYTHING but were only curious about the hair wax that I was carrying, didn't say a word about the needles or vs and ps.
I can guarantee you that you will be safe traveling with pre-filled insulin syringes !!! Do you think they are going to send those pre-filled syringes to a lab to get them tested and charge you ? LMAO noo you ain't that important !! The Worst that they would do is to throw them away if they think it's not secure to carry them on a plane but only if the needle is too big, a 29g NOT REALLY... but 99% they won't ! Reasonable amounts of needles, don't be carrying 20 needles for a 3 days trip !

NOTE: U.S customs is a different animal, but they check international travelers... and they mostly care if you are entering U.S., not leaving
