Using Sytheselen, Lasix 20mg and Potassium???

How much Sytheselen can I take in one day? Il be competing at a depleted 240-250pnds and want to try lasix to help dry out.

Will the sodium selenite in Sytheselen be enough to mean I have to balance with some potassium? Using 20mg lasix twice per day with ample disstilled water.

So If I take 200mcg clen per day,
20mg Lasix Twice per Day for 3 days,
Sytheselen up2 10ml per day.

Will this keep me balanced or will I need some sodium to stop cramping? The Clen and Lasix will make me cramp?

Would Quinine from some tonic water prevent the cramps??

I find when I carb up I hold too much water.

How much Tonic Water would I have to drink to get enuff Quinine to prevent clen cramps, using up2 300mcgs usually taken 150mcg 6am and 150mcg at 2pm.

Will sytheselen prevent cramps simialr to synthelator? Also to get the valiadation of sythelator could i take a big dose of sytheselen? It says that ya cant overdose on sytheselen.

Please help, people with the knowledge.

Syntheselen will not work like Synthelator for what you want it to do.

not sure how much tonic water...just get the tabs. 2 in the a.m. and 2 in the p.m. tabs are usually around 300mgs if i remember right. start taking them on wednesday and do this through the day of the show. do this and you can have no sodium and be completely dehydrated and you still won't cramp.
