bro y’all get butthurt to easily on this forum. I’m just trying to let people know that Walmart insulin has more dangers than insulin like humalog. There is a reason that insulin is hardly used anymore. If it works for you great. Everyone’s body reacts differently. It caused the guy in the article to go super low and go into a coma and die. My endocrinologist told me about it a while ago after I told her I had to use it in a pinch when on vacation and I forgot all my pens at home and couldn’t get a refill.

I'm pretty anti supplement in general because when I started out I like many was big into supplements. I spent alot of time researching all the ones that would give me 1 percent advantage. Then later on I realized all that time should have been spent perfecting my form, training, diet, basically focusing on the big picture, the the things that matter. Basically stepping over hundred dollar bills to pick up quarters.

Now days i keep it simple and have better results, less gear, obsessively train, count every little calorie and don't let my bodyfat creep up, use a little gh and AAS and just ignore supplements so I can focus on the big things.

I take a multi, astragalus, metformin and casien. The casien not because the magical anti catabolic slow release of aminos but because it tastes good lol.

I'm the same way with supps now. I refuse to spend money on most except for certain essentials. Always look for deals or short dated options. With pre workouts, I tend to grab samples and save as I do not utilize them daily. Wont purchase powdered protein either. Whole food over it. Sometimes I may do 1 scoop pea protein isolate from my gym, but that's it. For supps, I alternate grape seed extra with beet root, multi, biotin, dim, potassium, ALA and urva ursi which I usually buy in bulk. I keep eradicate e (arimistane) around for cortisol/estro control. But yeah , all of these are affordable for me and changes. But like I said, I usually find most on sale, or buy in bulk. Need to get bulk supps astralagus actually.

I have used Walmart slin for years. Currently using 5-6 iu with breakfast and then again with my third meal that has a lot of carbs. Then I use 15-20iu preworkout.

Not ones that hang out in Walmart I assume those are street walkers. I mean spending a $200 month supplements bill on a real escort. Then you don't need a gf so reallocate that time to training and recovery. A better use of our 2 most valuable rescues (time and money) lol

only do TRT anymore but when i did experiment with insulin i tried them all ,used every proticol insulin only made me fat.until i tried lantis the stuff was life changing gained 30 lbs in 30 days.yes did gain fat but the muscle and strenght was other worldly

Just wanted to add my 2 cents....The best preworkout that you can buy at Walmart is the Primatene tabs at the pharmacy(ephedrine hcl) taken with the equate 200mg caffeine tabs. I don't think anything has ever been better than the good ole caffeine and ephedrine stack. Those Bucked Up drinks are nasty as fuck.
I tried the novolin R for a while, 10iu preworkout with carbs. Got some pretty good pumps but put on too much bodyfat with it. Just not worth it, but glad I tried it.

Well, duh. And when did I say something to the contrary? Humulin R (Eli Lilly) and Novolin R (Novo nordisk) are insulin regular, and they are both exactly the same. Neither require a prescription. And you said “the insulin they sell at Walmart is cheap for a reason” in regards to the Novolin R. It is not “cheap for a reason” if you are talking about the quality; it is exactly the same as Lilly’s Humulin R. Only the Novolin price is cheap, not the quality.

Most people are under this assumption , but a quality pre workout with a good dose of eria jarensis or dmha or dmaa and pump formula will change your training completely.

How much were you using, daily I assume. Once stopped, how much of the size and strenght did you lose?

To me all the preworkouts now are garbage compared to ones I’ve used in the past before the ban.
