Should WMS supplementation be used PRE or POST workout, or both? And can someone suggest some effective dosages for thise supplement (Waxy maize starch)? Thanks.
Take 50-80g (depending on your bodyweight) with 10g BCAA's and EAA's PWO and watch the gains come.
Better yet, take the same amount of Waxy w/ 4 Tablespoons of LBA's PWO and REALLY watch the gains come.
