Not too many threads deal with normal OTC supplements and I believe they can be very important in a bodybuilders regime. What do you take?
I take:
Multivit
Fish Oil
Flax Oil
Glucosamine/Chonodrin (sp?)
Vitamin C
Milk Thistle
Powerfull Bulk Powder ( from USP Labs, really like it)
Cissus Bulk Powder ( GREAT FOR JOINT PAIN!!)
Preworkout I take a thermogenic, currently Basic Cuts because it is cheap and gived me energy.
During my workout I drink a Whey Isolate shake with a good amount of BCAA's added and 5g creatine.
I take:
