4 hamburgers
2 hot dogs
2 steaks
a few veal sausages
5-6 chicken thighs
Some rice.
And for desert a bunch of pastry, big slice of some cake,cookies,fruit,etc.
This was over about a 6 hour period on Monday so not just one sitting but pretty good total.The rest of the weekend was just as bad. My house..barbecue, my sisters house..barbecue,my fiances parents have a boat in the marina...barbecue.I have been good with my diet the past couple weeks so I decided this weekend to just go at it. Im pushing 260 right now, so its back on the diet, gotta be around 240....
