Sorry about the long post and the bitching


I have been on this cycle for 3 weeks now. QV prop fina and Just added QV Stan and letrozole eod. I was doing eod 100 of prop and 76 of fina but I was getting the test flu 10hrs after each shot so I moved to ED 50 prop and 38 fina and it seemed to cut the majority of flu out. I was only going into the gluts and was developing some large knots and bad pain, so I stared to hit the delts as well. That work well for a couple of days and then the pain came back. The pain has been bad enough to wake me up at night for at least 2 hrs. I have never done these chems. Before but I feel I am not getting the results I should after 3 weeks on. My strength has only gone up marginally and I only gained weight my first week on and lost 1 lb this week. I have notice that I have lost some fat. I feel the lack of results must be from lack of sleep.

My Q for you is Do you think I am trippin out and excepting to much or do you think I should find some better gear. I can work through the pain and the sleep thing sucks but I can manage.

I would just rotate spots if its just pain like shoulders/delts/ass/arms/calves/lats/where ever your not sore!!

if you are getting sick after every shot I would suggest getting some better quality gear!

dude, alot of people like QV, but go to the UG, alot of problems with it too. if you do a search for my handle and qv, you'll see what i think about it. i say get powders and make your own shit, its cheaper and you know it's clean and not dirty ass oil.

i decieded to take some time off for sleep and it turned out to be a good idea. My last shot was on thurs. and i got great sleep over the weekend. I was not feeling like going in to the gym on Mon. to do legs but i went anyway. The 1st thing i noticed was i was i gained 3.5lbs that made me feel better. The second thing was that my strength on my squats was up a nicely. Know all i need to do is get some better gear so i can stay on and get good sleep at the same time. :)
